6月写半年谷底 狮城新私宅销量跌40%

(新加坡16日讯)年中学校假期效应,加上市场并无新私宅项目推出,造成新加坡6月新私宅销量下跌40%左右,达上半年最低水平。

但分析师相信,随着下半年有更多私宅项目推入市场,新私宅销量应会回弹。

该国市区重建局日前发布数据,不包括执行共管公寓(EC)在内,发展商在6月共卖出375个新私宅单位,较5月的643个,减少42%。

与去年同期相比,新私宅销量则下跌22.2%。

新私宅销量下跌主要因素之一,是该月推出的新单位锐减。数据显示,发展商在6月仅推出219个单位,较5月锐减56%,较去年同期则减少48%。

总结上半年,新加坡发展商共售出3496个新私宅单位,比去年同期少了21%。若以季度来看,今年次季卖出的2185个新私宅单位,也比去年同期的2665个,减少18%。
